New for 2024 we are opening our brand new base at the The Ferry Inn pub in Horning.

If it is classic Broads scenery you are after Horning is the place for you.

From our base at the Ferry Inn pub, Horning provides the perfect starting point to explore this beautiful section of the Broads. Salhouse Broad, Hoveton Little Broad and Ranworth Broad are all within paddling distance, as are the nature trail at Hoveton Great Broad and the visitors centre at Ranworth. Within a mile of setting off you will have paddled past Norfolk reeds, carr woodland and Broadland marshes, providing an environment abundant in wildlife. Keep an eye out for kingfishers and swallowtail butterflies. Add to this traditional Broadland architecture, windmills and the busiest sailing club on the Broads, and there is no doubt that a trip from Horning offers you the best opportunity to see all that the broads have to offer.

Please note this section of the river can get quite busy at peak holiday times making it unsuitable for novice groups.
